Murielle Elizéon is a French dancer, choreographer and teacher. She has been performing and teaching tango for nearly 10 years, furthering her education in Buenos Aires, and has organized the 24-Hour Theater Freiburg Marathon in Germany in 2010. Her tango teachers have included Chicho Frumboli y Juana Sepulveda, Sebastian Arce y Mariana Montes, Bruno Tombari y Mariangeles Camaño, Eugenia Parilla, Michelle Marsidi and Joachim Dietiker.

Murielle has also worked in dance and performance since 1995 and with various choreographers and theater directors throughout Europe and the US. She teaches both amateurs and professionals in various dance companies, schools and institutions internationally. Her choreographic work has been presented in France, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Poland and Germany. She is the co-director of the non-profit arts organization: Culture Mill, based in Saxapahaw.


The Haw River Tango Marathon is a project by Culture Mill., a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization based in Saxapahaw. All profits from the Haw River Tango Marathon will go towards sustaining Culture Mill's arts programs.
